I am looking for a source for shallow monitoring wells with attached automatic data loggers that will record daily. We will be using them to collect baseline data of groundwater levels. I would welcome any advice.

Thank You

Tamara,

I've been using water level recorders from Remote Data Systems for about 10 years now. See www.rdsys.com.
Nothing's perfect - I've had some problems over the years, but in general, I've been satisfied.

I am curious. Why is it necessary to monitor groundwater in shallow wells? Will the data be used to establish a groundwater connection for a jurisdictional determination?

Thanks
